Take some time to write in a journal (allows you to vent and purge things that are on your mind and bothering you or bringing you joy)
Have a notebook or planner to keep and maintain a list of daily "to do's"and be sure to prioritize them by most important first.
Allow yourself to have a morning mantra of positive thinking and verbalizing your desires and wishes to yourself, with cue cards or verbal self prompts.
Make time for exercise (walking, yoga, jogging etc.)
These steps will ensure that you are caring for yourself and keeping your mind clear to take on the daily grind. REMEMBER IF WE ARE NOT TAKING CARE OF SELF FIRST then it will all fall apart when we attempt to help our family and others.
Hoping to serve many in need
