Now that 2020 is behind us, and fading further into history with each passing day, we can reclaim and renew ourselves again.
2021 is a year to reflect upon all the new skills and aspirations we gained by having lived during a pandemic. Since tragedy teaches us how to triumph, we can believe deeper in ourselves, our capabilities and our desires to set new goals to achieve in our self care, families, professions, and social connections. We were developed, and in so doing, we became stronger by surviving 2020, and we will never forget what that year brought to us all.
Now is the time to believe and achieve like never before. Positive self talk and validation of our personal skill sets, means to set aside time to reflect a few minutes each day, recalling all that makes you feel a sense of gratitude and allowing a connection to occur in our inner selves; will propel us forward, more prepared to move through whatever the day brings.
While we often feel as if there is never enough time in the day to do anything differently than surviving and thriving on old patterns and rhythms, we can change our trajectory if we so choose to. Find a moment to mediate alone, by doing this, you clear the mindset of its static. permitting us to build upon new habits to enhance our experiences in life. Carving out spaces in our day to really take care of our physical and mental beings is the key to success.
Brand a new version of yourself. Drink the vital "liquid of life" that is required to sustain our human man, after all our body is made up of more than eighty percent of this. Move your body intentionally, by realizing and deciding that you really understand what a well
"run engine" requires to be optimal. It takes effort on our part, but soon will become our non negotiable everyday habit that will give our blood, muscle and bone the input required to function at its best.
Too many of us, choose to ignore the importance of our self care and instead operate from a
compromised state. We must rest our souls at night to re charge the batteries that ignite us into the new day.
All of these things, are more attainable than one tends to perceive. After all did we not just survive a year that we would have never imagined happening to us. Thinking outside the pre Covid and post Covid times, even just a little, if you are willing, will sprout a new way to move forward smoothly. Then the day will arrive when you discover a newness, grander than ever before, producing a fountain of goodness from within ourselves, making life and love a fulfilling endeavor, capturing vivid detail and retrospect to what we are truly capable of.
